It is almost time for the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö, Sweden.
Semi-final 1 will take place on Tuesday 9 May at 21:00 CEST which is Wednesday 10 May at 5:00am AEST in Australia.
Opening acts
The first semi-final will open with three iconic Eurovision artists: Eleni Foureira (Cyprus 2018), Eric Saade (Sweden 2011) and Chanel (Spain 2022).
They will perform their podium-placing songs 'Fuego' (2nd), 'Popular' (3rd) and 'SloMo' (3rd).
Interval acts
Swedish artist Benjamin Ingrosso will perform a medley of his songs including his Eurovision 2018 entry 'Dance You Off.'
He will be followed by Johnny Logan from Ireland who won the Contest three times - twice as a singer and once as a songwriter.
