Australia's Eurovision 2016 queen Dami Im believes Delta Goodrem can go one better than her in Vienna.
Dami Im appeared on Channel 7's Morning Show today with Larry Emdur with Kylie Gillies.
The Eurovision 2016 star discussed her new version of Sound of Silence with Electric Fields.
The "boppier and synthier" version, as Dami puts it, was released to mark 10 years since her runner-up finish in Stockholm.
The conversation inevitably turned towards Delta Goodrem's appearance this year.
Dami threw her support behind Delta, relating it to the unfinished business she had from 2016.
"I came really close to winning, and in the last minute I dropped down to second," she recalled.
When that happened, I said 'I'm going back there someday to finish the job' and get the first prize."
"But when I heard Delta was doing it, I was like, if anyone can get gold for Australia, it's her.
She finished off with the rallying cry of many Australian fans:
"Delta, we believe in you, you've got do it for us!"

Delta Goodrem’s performance always brings such energy and emotion—I can totally see her winning gold for Australia at Eurovision 2026! It’s fascinating how music can connect people across countries, and her style really stands out on that stage. On a different note, while watching performances like hers, I often find myself drawn to little ways to celebrate personal milestones, like gifting meaningful jewelry. That’s one of the reasons I love birthstone rings; they’re a perfect way to mark special moments with elegance and individuality, just like a memorable performance leaves a lasting impression.
Basket Random brings a fresh and chaotic style to traditional basketball games. Players must adapt to constantly changing environments and conditions. The unpredictable physics often lead to hilarious outcomes. It’s an easy-to-play game that’s perfect for relaxing and having fun.
