ABBA release follow up single 'Just A Notion' from their upcoming album 'Voyage'

A fortnight before the release of ABBA's long awaited new album 'Voyage', the band have released a follow up single, 'Just A Notion'.

The song was first recorded back in 1978 but was never released - until now. Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus initially wrote the song for their album 'Voulez-Vous'. In 1994 a 90-second snippet was included in a 'Thank You For The Music' box set. It was later released in full by an ABBA cover band called Arrival in 1999.

The 1974 Eurovision winners released a snippet of the new song on October 18 through their TikTok account inviting everyone to join in a challenge #dancingwithABBA.

Their first single off the new album was released in September this year. 'I Still Have Faith In You’ and 'Don't Shut Me Down' made an impact on the charts around the world.

In Australia 'I Still Have Faith In You’ peaked at No.39 on the ARIA singles chart and 'Don't Shut Me Down' reached No.27.

Their new album 'Voyage' is set for release on November 5 and is highly anticipated. In the United Kingdom preorder for 'Voyage' have surpassed 80,000 copies a record for record label Universal Music UK.

'Just A Notion' is available on all online music streaming services and iTunes.
