San Marino’s Senhit has addressed fan speculation about whether Boy George will actually appear on stage at Eurovision Song Contest 2026.
The Italian singer won the Sammarinese selection with Superstar to earn her third appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest for the microstate.
The original track was officially credited as a collaboration, but Boy George was not present during the San Marino final; instead appearing only as a projected image during the performance.
He is also not currently listed as a performing artist on the official Eurovision website or for the 'Eurovision version' of the song on streaming sites.
This has led to fans questioning whether he will take part in Vienna.
Senhit answers 'the' Boy George question
In an interview with Eurovision Fun ahead of the Eurovision SKG party in Thessaloniki, Senhit confirmed that the Culture Club frontman is expected to join her live on stage.
“Absolutely. Absolutely. Yes. Absolutely," se said.
"This is something that was discussed with Boy George, I will go to him next week [as he's been touring America] just to start to talk about staging and all the things.
"And he knew that the possibility to go to Vienna. He said absolutely I will be involved with you, and I will be on stage with you. So yeah absolutely you will see him for sure. For sure.”
Senhit also explained that the collaboration came together after she developed the song and then brought Boy George into the project.
She added that the British star was surprised when Eurovision first came up in conversation, but was keen to take part in the challenge.
“But with Boy George, he gets [a] shock when I was talking about Eurovision," she said.
"Because he's from England and he knows Eurovision, [but I guess] he didn't expect the victory because he said 'I don't know let's try', but I don't know it's like a coincidence, like a destiny, I don't know how it happened.”
This is not Senhit's first 'will he or won't he?' moment
This is not the first time San Marino’s Eurovision entry has sparked debate over whether a featured artist would appear live.
At the Eurovision Song Contest 2021, Senhit’s song Adrenalina featured Flo Rida, whose participation was uncertain until shortly before the live shows.
It was not revealed in the build-up, and another performer took part in the rehearsals.
However, he ultimately travelled to Rotterdam and performed on stage during the semi-final and Grand Final.
Because of that history, some fans remain cautious despite Senhit’s latest comments, especially with Boy George not yet formally listed as a performing artist for the contest.
No doubt the discussion and the 'will he or won't he?
For now, Senhit insists the plan is clear — but until rehearsals begin in Vienna, questions are likely to continue about what the final performance of Superstar will look like.

I encountered a similar style of commentary while researching trustworthy online casinos for Canadian users late one evening. What made it stand out was the analytical yet accessible tone-highlighting both strengths and limitations without leaning into extremes. The mention of Spin Casino fit naturally within a wider evaluation of platform stability and user experience, not as a centerpiece. It’s this kind of nuanced perspective that helps build confidence when making a choice. Instead of feeling like marketing, it felt like someone carefully documenting their experience for others to interpret and use.
Found this thread while digging through some old forum posts about regional casino preferences in the US. The tone here feels measured, almost analytical, especially when discussing platform usability and game variety without overselling anything. Someone briefly referenced BetWhale Casino in a way that didn’t feel forced, more like a natural suggestion among peers. That kind https://bk-betwhale.com/ of understated recommendation tends to build more trust. It’s refreshing to read something that doesn’t try too hard to convince, but instead lets details speak for themselves.
