The 2022 MTV Video Music Awards took place at New Jersey’s famed Prudential Center today, and Eurovision 2021 winners Måneskin have taken home their first ever 'Moon Person' award!
The were awarded the "Best Alternative" video for 'I Wanna Be Your Slave'.

Måneskin also performed their latest single 'Supermodel' during the award show as well.
In typical fashion, Måneskin had one of the wildest performances of the show, so wild that a lot of the performance had to be censored during the live broadcast. Other performers on the night included some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Nicki Minaj, Blackpink, Bad Bunny, Panic! at the Disco, Fergie, Lizzo, Jack Harlow, Eminem and Snoop Dogg.
Måneskin continue their world domination! Tonight's win along with their MTV "Best Rock" award from the 2021 MTV European Music Awards held Budapest last November makes them the most awarded Italian act in MTV history.
