Eurovision 2026: How the world responded to the Austria Australia interval act of semi-final 1

Australia made an appearance in the first semi-final of Eurovision 2026 despite not competing.

Go-Jo, who competed in the Contest last year, appeared on stage with hosts Victoria Swarovski and Michael Ostrowski in an act about Austria and Australia.

Titled Opposites, it focused on the differences between the two countries despite sometimes being mistaken for each other.

It also featured a rather interesting kangaroo on stage.
