Australia's Eurovision 2026 entry Eclipse by Delta Goodrem has already made a splash on the music charts in Australia and it's not even the Eurovision month of May.

The song, which was released on 2 March 2026 in Australia has amassed over 650,000 views and streams combined on YouTube (423,608 views) and Spotify (235,688 streams) as of 6 March 2026.

Eclipse has made an impact on the Australian music charts, they include the ARIA charts, YouTube music charts and iTunes.

We take a look the peak positions Eclipse has made on the charts and explore some interesting insights (as of 6 March 2026).

ARIA charts

Eclipse made it's debut at No. 13 on the ARIA Top 20 Australian Singles chart.

It is Delta's first song to appear on the ARIA charts since 2020, when her single Paralyzed peaked at No. 36 on the ARIA Singles chart.

It is the first Aussie Eurovision song in three years to make an appearance on the ARIA charts. In 2023 Voyager's entry Promise peaked at No. 8 on the ARIA Digital chart.

Overall it is the 8th Australian Eurovision entry to appear on the ARIA charts.

YouTube charts

The Eclipse music video made its debut on the YouTube Trending Music chart at No. 10 and the YouTube Daily Top Music Video chart at No. 14 on the day of its release.

On the YouTube Weekly Top Music Videos chart, from Feb 27 to March 5, Eclipse debuted at No. 45 with 37,533 views over the week.

In previous years Go-Jo's Milkshake Man and Voyager's Promise both reached no. 6 on the YouTube Daily Top Music Video chart in Australia.

iTunes charts

Eclipse becomes the 10th Australian Eurovision entry to hit the top 20 on the Australian iTunes chart, and the 8th entry to chart outside of Australia on iTunes.

The song is also only the third Aussie Eurovision song to reach No. 1 on the Australian iTunes chart, the other two entries were Sound of Silence by Dami Im and We Got Love by Jessica Mauboy.

Eclipse managed to make an impact on iTunes charts from other countries as well including the UK where Delta is popular.

  • No. 12 - United Kingdom

  • No. 23 - Germany

  • No. 37 - Spain

  • No. 43 - Switzerland

  • No. 47 - Belgium

  • No. 50 - France and Hungary

  • No. 63 - Ireland

  • No. 65 - Turkey

  • No. 95 - Slovakia

  • No. 130 - Austria

What about the Spotify charts?

Eclipse hasn't yet made an impact on the Spotify charts in Australia.

We can expect this to happen in May during Eurovision week, which is in line with Australia Eurovision entries from the past few years.
