What is reach and average?
Reach is any viewer who watched the broadcast for at least
While the average is the average viewers over the whole broadcast.
For long shows like Eurovision, the average can underestimate how many people have been watching.
But a higher average result does mean a more engaged audience.
How did the 2025 Eurovision Grand Final compare?
Reach was almost the same as 2024 and an impressive number for a smaller broadcaster like SBS.
It is also positive to see a big increase (35%) in the average viewership for the live early morning breakfast.
What about the semi-finals?
We will provide more details to come on this in the coming days.
