Australia Decides 2022: Isaiah Firebrace and Evie Irie release their entry ‘When I'm With You’

Isaiah Firebrace and Evie Irie have released their song ‘When I'm With You’ that they will perform at ‘Eurovision - Australia Decides' 2022 on the Gold Coast.

Back in October 2021 Isaiah was revealed as one of the first artists set to compete at 'Eurovision - Australia Decides'. Isaiah previously represented Australia at Eurovision in 2017 in Kyiv with 'Don't Come Easy' which finished in 9th place in the Grand Final.

The song has been officially released in Australia.

Evie Irie was revealed as Isaiah's partner just last week, where to celebrate the pair skydived to celebrate their collaboration.

The pair co-wrote their Australia Decides song together with Taka Perry.

About working on the song with Isaiah, Evie shared:

"If there’s one thing I like as much as creating music for my own projects, it's writing with other artists for their projects: it's not work, it's just fun! So when Isaiah and his team asked me to do Eurovision with this random wonderful song called, 'When I’m With You', that we had such a great time writing together, I was seriously shook. I never EVER thought I’d have the chance to play at Eurovision and I just can’t say no to Isaiah."

Isaiah Firebrace shared his experience working with Evie:

"We wrote the song together, we jumped out of a plane together and we want to represent Australia together. Being together is what the song is all about and what the world needs right

now. I’m incredibly proud to being doing this with Evie - she’s so unique and so special... wait until the world gets to know her like I have!!!”

Isaiah and Evie join ten other acts for the final of 'Eurovision - Australia Decides' on February 26 on the Gold Coast.

‘When I'm With You’ is available now on iTunes and streaming on Spotify and Apple Music.
