This morning saw Albania's national selection show Festivali i Këngës take place with Ronela Hajati winning the title.
Her song 'Sekret' won the festival to earn a spot at Eurovision 2022 in Turin.
The song will not be the final version for Turin as it is currently over three minutes long.
This was the 60th anniversary of Festivali i Këngës which is a music festival in its own right that has long existing before Albania entered Eurovision.
The top three results were:
1st: Ronela Hajati
2nd: Alban Ramosaj
3rd: shared between Eldis Arrnjeti and Rezarta Smaja
While the orchestra award went to Endri and Stefi Prifti.
It is the third entry to be revealed for Eurovision 2022 with Bulgaria's song 'Intentions' and Czech Republic's song 'Lights Off' already announced.
Albania has competed at the Eurovision Song Contest since 2004 with their best finish a fifth place in 2012 with 'Suus'. They have qualified for the last three Grand Finals.
