Next three artists announced for Australia Decides

SBS and Blink TV today announced the next three artists to compete in Australia's first national final 'Australia Decides'. They are:

Courtney Act

The name everyone is talking about is Courtney Act. Courtney came to the attention of most Australians in the first season of Australian Idol.

She then went on to compete on RuPaul's Drag Race finishing as a runner-up before going on to take part in and win UK's Celebrity Big Brother.

And she is also the first to release her song for the contest. Her competing song 'Fight for Love' is available on iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/au/album/fight-for-love-single/1446378555

Courtney said "I have the chance to show Australia how I have grown as an artist and a performer.... I've sat at home every year since Guy Sebastian competed in 2015 and have been so keen to be a part of it. Now. this might be my chance."

Aydan Calafiore

Melbourne based Aydan was part of a 2012 reboot of Young Talent Time before competing in Australia's Got Talent in 2014. He made the semi finals on that occasion.

This year he competed on Australia's 'The Voice' and finished in 4th place.

Aydan said: "Having been a fan of Eurovision, it's really hard to comprehend that I am going to have a shot at representing our country. I have such a supportive fan base and I am hoping that together we'll go on this journey and see a new generation of Eurovision fans."

Leea Nanos

Leea is a Melbourne based singer songwriter who competed in the 2016 edition of X Factor without making it through to the live rounds. She has however done a great deal of other TV work. She was chosen as a wildcard entrant after her song submission blew judges away.

Leea said: "Being involved in Eurovision - Australia Decides means everything to me and the reality hasn't quite sunk in yet! Being the youngest and most inexperienced in the competition I know I'll need to really bring my A-game to the stage.:

The three artists join Sheppard, Kate Miller-Heidke, Mark Vincent and Electric Feel who were previously announced.
