Zöe Më will represent Switzerland at Eurovision 2025

Host broadcaster for Eurovision 2025 SRG SRR has announced that 24-year-old singer-songwriter Zöe Më will represent Switzerland in Basel.

Zöe was born in Basel (where her grandparents still live) and is now based in Fribourg, Switzerland. She describes herself as having "deep connections" to both Swiss-German and French cultures, having lived abroad in Germany and also speaking (and singing) in French from a young age.

Her music combines contemporary beats with a diverse range of influences ranging from French chanson to film music.

While a relatively new artist to the scene, Zöe is starting to make waves in Switzerland. She won 'SRF 3 Best Talent' and 'RTS Artiste Radar' in 2024 as well as performing at a number of festivals ranigng from Montreux Jazz Festival and Luzern Live.

Zöe is also a passionate advocate for biligualism in music, being an ambassador for Opération Iceberg, a program which promotes francophone Swiss artists. Although it is unknown what language her entry for Eurovision 2025 will be in, much of her musical back catalogue of EPs reflects these influences by combining German with la langue de Molière.

Zöe's as-yet-untitled song for Switzerland 2025 will debut on 10 March 2025 on the Eurovision Song Contest Youtube channel. As the host nation for Eurovision 2025, Switzerland is pre-qualified for the grand final.
