Most streamed Sanremo Music Festival winning songs on Spotify

This week, Italy’s iconic Festival di Sanremo — officially the Sanremo Music Festival — returns to crown its 2026 winner.
The victor will then have the option to represent Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.
Ahead of the festival, we’ve ranked all Sanremo-winning songs by their Spotify streams in Australia, as of 23 February 2026.
Since the competition began in 1951, there have been 95 winning songs. Due to historical rules, some editions featured joint winners, with the same song performed by two different artists — resulting in multiple credited winners for a single year.
Of the 95 winners, we were able to source Australian Spotify streaming data for 92 tracks.

Rounding off the top 3 are two entries by Mahmood with the super catchy Soldi in second place and his duet Brividi with Blanco in third place.
