Jessica Mauboy, Electric Fields and Mitch Tambo all nominated for 2020 National Indigenous Music Awards


The final nominations for the 2020 National Indigenous Music Awards have been announced with many associated Australian Eurovision and Australia Decides artists in the mix.


They include Australia’s 2018 Eurovision representative Jessica Mauboy nominated for Artist of the Year along with ‘Eurovision - Australia Decides 2019’ runners-up Electric Fields. Electric Fields have also been nominated for Song of the Year for their collaborative single with KEiiNO ‘Would I Lie’.


Jessica Mauboy is also nominated for Album of the Year for ‘Hilda.


‘Eurovision - Australia Decides 2020’ artist and Australia’s Got Talent finalist Mitch Tambo has been nominated for New Talent of the Year.



This years awards show will be virtual and will be live-streamed on August 8 at 7pm AEST on NITV, Double J and through Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
