It’s been a massive year for Klavdia, and one that’s been years in the making.
The Greek songstress shined at Eurovision 2025 in Basel with her entry Asteromata, finishing in sixth place and giving Greece its best result in over a decade.
Klavdia began her musical journey at just 15 when she appeared on Greece’s Got Talent in 2017, followed by The Voice of Greece the next year, where she joined Helena Paparizou’s team and made it to the semifinals. Those early experiences paved the way for a recording deal with Arcade Music and Panik Records, launching her path as a solo artist.
After narrowly missing out on representing Greece in 2023 with Holy Water, Klavdia released her self-titled EP in 2024 and her debut album Asteromata in 2025, the same year she won Ethnikos Telikos, topping both the jury and public vote to earn her ticket to Basel.
Now, Klavdia is bringing her Greek dream to Australia, joining Konstantinos Argiros on a seven-date national tour — her first ever live shows Down Under.
Just as she landed in Australia we caught up with the Greek goddess for a chat about Eurovision, her 12 points from Australia, the tour ahead, and more.

This past year has been huge for you with Eurovision, the release of your debut album, and now performing around the world. What’s one personal insight or lesson you’ve taken away from the experience so far?
The most important lesson for me this year, through everything I’ve experienced, was the realisation that hard work eventually pays off — sooner or later. Many times, chasing your dreams is a big risk and you may have to go through many challenges, but what I take away from it all is the reward of succeeding in the end. There’s no better feeling than that.
You did amazingly at Eurovision with Asteromata. You finished in sixth place, Greece’s best result in over a decade. How does it feel to see the song resonate with so many people, especially with non-Greek speakers?
The truth is, I still can’t fully realise what has happened with Asteromata. I am more than grateful for all the love and support this song has received — and, along with it, myself as well. The fact that people relate to it, are moved by it, and that it brings together so many different individuals is, in my eyes, our greatest achievement so far. The fact that it has also touched people who don’t speak Greek and have no Greek roots is truly the cherry on top. This, to me, is the true meaning of success.
You were very popular with Australia at Eurovision this year! Australia gave 12 points from the jury to Greece for the first time ever. What was going through your head when you heard you received those 12 points?
I was actually shocked and happy and grateful at the same time. I’ve been a huge fan of many Australian entries in Eurovision throughout the years and what excited me the most was the fact that it was actually the first time ever that the Australian jury gave the 12 points to Greece. What a great moment. I’m so grateful.
There was a lot of excitement within the Greek community in Australia with your Eurovision performance, and now people are looking forward to your tour. How does it feel to get such strong support from Australia?
Oh Australia kinda feels like home. It is actually my first time here but people are so kind and welcoming that it makes me feel like home. I’m so happy to be actually performing here on these amazing venues for everyone who supported and is still supporting us. I needed to come and show my gratitude in person <3
If the opportunity came up, would you ever consider representing Greece at Eurovision again?
A million times YES. Anyone who knows me actually know how much I love Eurovision. I had so much fun this year in Basel that I would do that all over again for sure. Also let’s say that I want to bring the second winning trophy for my country haha <3

We cannot wait to see you perform Down Under, as you are supporting Konstantinos Argiros for his The Greek Dream Australian tour. What can your Australian fans expect from your upcoming shows?
With all the love we have for music and for what we do, we’ve prepared a show made with passion and care — one we hope you’ll enjoy and remember forever. Our goal is for everyone to have a great time.
What are you most excited about the most with your trip to Australia?
Apart from the obvious which is doing all these big shows and meeting all of you guys, another thing I was excited the most about our trip in Australia actually is seeing some kangaroos and explore Australian nature and animals as well. I’m pretty predictable I guess.
What else is coming up for Klavdia in the months ahead that you can tell us?
A lot of new music which will be released soon by Arcade Music and Panik Records and more shows as well. And let’s hope the future holds many more creative stuff for us <3
