G-Nat!on reveal working with LeeA on their 'Eurovision - Australia Decides' 2022 song 'Bite Me'

'Eurovision - Australia Decides' 2022 girl group G-Nat!on have revealed on their socials that they will be performing their song 'Bite Me' at Australia Decides on the Gold Coast!

They also shared that the song will be released on February 18.

The Adelaide-based group have been very tight lipped on the details behind their entry since they were revealed as part of the Australia Decides line up back in November 2021. Though they have dropped a teaser clip back in December, as well as sharing dance rehearsal photos of their preparation for the big show.

In an interview with Aussievision, we spoke to Isla, Emma and Alessia, and they revealed exclusive details on their entry:

"It's definitely like an upbeat dance pop anthem. Yeah, we're so excited to get out there. It's definitely got a bit of a choreographic element."

"Well, we were paired with LeeA (Leea Nanos) who wrote the song. That was a really fun process for us, because we kind of got this song that was probably written for a soloist. So to get a song and kind of add our group, get six girls and assign different bits and find what needs a harmony, what's a solo?, what can we adapt to give it that G-Nat!on vibe. And then the essence of the song that she wrote, so it's really exciting."

The group were approached by past 'Eurovision - Australia Decides' contestant LeeA in mind:

"We're so excited to get our hands on it and kind of like change it up and put on G-Nat!on flare on it. We love it. We're so excited for you guys to hear it."
