Eurovision Asia 2026: Our public poll results

Over the past week, we have invited Eurovision fans from around the world to vote for their favourite Eurovision Asia 2026 entries.
Unlike traditional Eurovision-style polls, where fans award 12 points to their favourite entry, down to 1 point for their 10th favourite, we gave participants five votes of equal value to allocate to their favourites.
Fans could put all five votes towards one entry or spread them across multiple songs. They were also welcome to vote for their own country.
In total, we received 821 sets of votes from fans around the world.
More than three-quarters of all votes came from Asia (77.2%).
The remaining votes came from the Rest of the World (10.8%), Europe (7.3%) and Australia (4.7%).
Now, it's time to reveal the results, with each entry ranked according to its percentage of the total votes received.

Malaysia wins the Aussievision Eurovision Asia poll!
Malaysia won our poll by an overwhelming amount.
Aina Abdul's entry is one of the favourites ahead of the Contest in Bangkok, with expectations she will do well with the jury.
It should be said though that we did observe various campaigns that quite possibly influenced the vote to give the huge margin to Malaysia.
We will release the full Asia v Australia v Europe v Rest of the World and the LGBTQIA+ vote during the week.
In addition, we'll also see what songs resonated with voters based on the demographics they supplied, including age and gender.
