Before we start the article, if you are considering betting on Eurovision, think about what gambling is really costing you and take measures like setting a deposit limit.

This morning, Croatia overtook Ukraine to become the current odds-favourite to win Eurovision 2024.

The song 'Rim Tim Tagi Dim' by Baby Lasagna won the Croatian national final Dora on Monday morning (Australian time).

The fan-favourite song has been climbing steadily in the odds before overtaking Ukraine this morning.

This is according to site Eurovisionworld who collates betting markets from over the UK and Europe.

Croatia is also favourite with Aussie bookmakers as well.

Baby Lasagna's song tells the story of a young person having to leave home for better opportunities.

Croatia has never won the Eurovision Song Contest with their best place being 4th in 1996 and 1999.

Although it has rocketed to the top of the odds, it'll have to win over juries in some capacity to take out the crown.
