Ireland's Eurovision 2022 Eurovision artist (and honorary Aussie after her Australian tour) Brooke has just released a new single, and its a banger!
'Overload' has been written by Brooke herself as well as songwriters Naomi Hammerton, Courtney Sullivan and Taka George.
Brooke has a summer of shows and festivals coming up, and will be appearing at this weekend's Dublin Pride 2023 Festival.
Brooke has been rather busy since Eurovision last year. She released an EP in 2022 called 'Chaotic Heart', and earlier this year she competed 'Dancing with the Stars in Ireland, finishing in the top three.
Two more songs were released this year: 'Come Alive' and 'Being Alone'. The latter was written in Sydney recently while on tour in Australia. Brooke also had her first headline show in Dublin, which was so popular, the venue had to be upgraded!
These recent achievements come off the back of her Australian tour in March this year.
Australia embraced Brooke as one of our own when she spent two weeks attending the OGAE Preview parties in five Australian cities.
Brooke won over crowds with performances of her Eurovision song 'That's Rich', as well as covers of 'Euphoria', 'Hold Me Closer' and 'Zombie'.
She also became a fully fledged honourary Aussie when doing a "shoey" at the OGAE Preview Party in Brisbane.
