Austria's entrant for Eurovision 2024 Kaleen has released her entry for the contest 'We will rave' on Spotify.

The song is up-tempo and features strong EDM elements. The song describes how raving can be used as means of escaping life's problems - specifically relationship and friendship breakdowns.

'We will rave' has been well received by Eurovision fans and bookmakers. On the Eurovision song ranking app My Eurovision Scoreboard Austria has the second highest number of points at the time of writing, behind top placed Italy and ahead of third-placed Lithuania. The central European nation has also surged to the top ten in the bookmaker's odds.

Kaleen was announced as Austria's representative for Eurovision 2024 on January 16. Find out more information about her in our artist announcement article.

Austria first participated at Eurovision 1957, after missing the deadline to compete in the inaugural 1956 contest. The nation has won twice, most recently with Conchita Wurst's 'Rise like a Phoenix' in 2014. Last year the central European nation was represented by Teya and Salena with 'Who the Hell is Edgar?' which finished in 15th place in the grand final. They finished second in the second semi-final behind Australia.

At this year's Eurovision Austria's Kaleen will perform in the first half of the second semi-final.
