Go-Jo's rehearsal sees Australia go up in the Eurovision 2025 odds

The question everyone is now asking: how high can Go-Jo go?

Australia’s Eurovision 2025 star Go-Jo has started turning heads in Basel, with his odds to win the competition climbing to 17th place following an impressive turnout in his second rehearsal.

This is up from 20th in the odds before arriving in Basel.

The Milkshake Man singer brought everything we expected and more to the stage - bright colours, insane props, and vocals that largely matched the studio track…plus a whole lot of charm and confidence.

Go-Jo delivered a fun, retro-inspired performance complete with an oversized blender, vintage diner vibes, and a seriously quick costume change hidden behind clouds of smoke.

The Aussie odds are going up and up

Audiences across Europe are falling more and more in love with our Go-Jo – and it’s having a definite impact on the betting odds across several betting sites, suggesting that punters are warming to Australia’s quirkiest and boldest entry to date.

While he’s still sitting outside the top 10, climbing to 17th is a solid boost - and a sign that his semi-final performance could push him even further up in the winning odds.

But what about the semis?

Go-Jo has also climbed in the odds to a commanding 6th place out of the 16 competing countries, with bookies giving him a solid 78% chance of qualifying for the Grand Final.

He has climbed up from 8th before the start of rehearsals this week.

This means Go-Jo has now leapt ahead of fierce competition in the form of Greece and Lithuania on the back of his strong rehearsals.

One thing we know for certain is that in the 100% public vote of the semi-finals, Australia is definitely a contender to grab a big chunk of votes - something we haven't always been able to say.
