When it comes to Eurovision, success isn’t just measured on the scoreboard, it lives on long after the shows through streams, replays and viral moments.

For Australia, a country that has embraced the Contest with open arms since debuting in 2015, the YouTube numbers tell a fascinating story of which entries have truly captured global attention.

In this article, we dive into the data from the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel to uncover the most-watched Australian Eurovision entries of all time, as of 15 April 2026.

We’ve counted down the top 20 individual videos — from Grand Final performances to semi-final showings — and then taken it a step further by combining views across multiple uploads to determine which Australian Eurovision songs have had the biggest overall impact online.

So which Aussie acts have gone the distance beyond the Eurovision stage? And which performances are still racking up views years later?

1. Dami Im - Sound Of Silence (2016)

39,818,370 combined views over three videos

Dami Im’s Sound of Silence clearly dominates. The videos lead by a significant margin of views. Its success points to a perfect mix of a strong Eurovision result, memorable staging, and a song with lasting global appeal.

The views above suggest that artist recognition plays a major role, with well-known names like Guy Sebastian and Jessica Mauboy performing strongly regardless of Grand Final placings.

At the same time, more recent entries lag behind in total views, reflecting both less time to accumulate numbers and possibly a dip in Australia’s viral impact compared to earlier years. The exception is Go-Jo's Milkshake Man, which despite narrowly missing out on the Grand Final in 2025, features in the top 10 of both lists showing it still has online public appeal.
