This morning saw Heat 1 of Sweden’s Eurovision national selection show ‘Melodifestivalen’ take place at Scandinavium in Gothenburg.
Seven acts competed but only four could remain in the competition by the night’s conclusion.
Jon Henrik Fjällgren, Arc North feat. Adam Wood and Tone Sekelius finished in the top two positions and move directly through to the Grand Final.
Victor Crone and Elov & Beny finished in third and fourth place respectively and won the chance to compete again in the semi-final on 4 March.
In fifth, sixth and seventh place were Rejhan, Loulou Lamotte and Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos who were all eliminated from the competition.

Heat 2 of Melodifestivalen takes place next Saturday 11th February with the Grand Final scheduled for 11th March.
