We’ll look back at their results from 2021 to 2025, their qualification record, give our team’s rating, and see how they stack up against other countries.

This gave us an average overall score from the 11 contributors who voted. We then converted that into a percentage.

"I loved the Wolves, Gate and Alessandra particularly - Norway is often one of the better national finals to watch and one I always try to follow as you never know what you're going to get. But given that I always expect better results then what they get when they get to the main show I gave them a seven. They are always one that everyone talks about coming in and there is no real pattern to what can represent but their results never quite live up to the hype. Definitely always worth watching but then maybe are let down by being over hyped. Though Alessandra would have done better with a better semi performance." ~ Tania

"Five grand final appearances out of five is an impressive record, highlighted by both a top 5 and a top 10 finish. Norway consistently sends polished and enjoyable entries that are always fun to listen to, but they lack the edge needed in today’s competition to break through to the top." ~Joel

"Norway's two most recent entries is enough for me to give a low score because both of them do not have the same aura "Queen of Kings" have. Alessandra Mele is a one-of-a-kind performer who truly represents Norway, and unless they send camp songs that's giving more aura, I'm afraid Norway might fall into the same trap Germany currently is: in the purgatory of mediocrity. ~ John Christian

"This is a tough one as I absolutely despise the 21 and 22 songs that Norway have sent. They do well - but always seem to be the bridesmaid - never anything with enough BANG to win. #justiceforgate." ~Hayley

"Gate deserved better.... much, much better. But Norway has qualified each year, so that is something. They are the bridesmaids to Sweden when it comes to the Scandinavian nations. However, as interesting as their previous National Final format was, it had run its course. Hopefully, we will get a contender soon with the current one." ~Fleur
