Provisional timeline for Eurovision 2026 announced by Austrian broadcaster

Austrian broadcaster ORG has revealed the provisional timeline for Eurovision 2026.

In a video posted by ORF, they revealed when participating countries will be announced and when tickets will go on sale.

Countries will be revealed in September, while tickets will go on sale in December.

And, like most other years, the semi-final draw will take place in January.

Dates

Before this announcement, organisers also flagged two potential dates for Eurovision 2026.

• Option 1: Tue 12 May (SF1), Thu 14 May (SF2), Sat 16 May (Grand Final).

• Option 2: Tue 19 May (SF1), Thu 21 May (SF2), Sat 23 May (Grand Final).

Host city

The host city will be announced on August 20 and is a race between Vienna and Innsbruck.
