Potential dates of Eurovision 2026 revealead

Overnight, Austrian broadcaster ORF revealed the bidding process for Eurovision 2026, including date options.
The bidding process will see cities register an expression of interest.
Those expressing an interest must meet the following requirements:
A fully equipped event hall with appropriate capacity and infrastructure
Good international connections
Sufficient accommodation in the region
Detail the organisational, security, and sustainable implementation capabilities
The venue must be available at least for 8 weeks ( 7 weeks prior to the contest and 1 week after)
The venue should have a capacity of circa 10,000 spectators
If cities meet these requirements, the application documents will be shared with those cities.
Bids will have a deadline of July 4th.
Dates of Eurovision 2026
Two date options have been set out for Eurovision 2026:
Semi-final 1: May 12
Semi-final 2: May 14
Grand Final: May 16
Semi-final 1: May 19
Semi-final 2: May 21
Grand Final: May 23

Ebreichsdorf – Comer City
Graz
Innsbruck
Linz & Wels
Oberwart
St Pölten
Vienna
