Hot on the heels of their new single music video release for 'MAMMAMIA', Måneskin have overnight been nominated for three MTV EMAs (European Music Awards), with the ceremony set to take place in Hungary on November 14.
The Italian Eurovision 2021 winners have been nominated in the "Best group" category along with BTS, Imagine Dragons, Jonas Brothers, Little Mix and Silk Sonic.
They have also been nominated for an award in the "Best rock" category with the likes of Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Imagine Dragons, Kings Of Leon and The Killers.
Måneskin have also been nominated for "Best Italian Act". It is the first time an Italian act has been nominated in three categories and the first time an Italian band has been nominated in the "Best group" and "Best rock" categories.
Australian rapper The Kid Laroi has also been nominated for the MTV EMA's. The Kid Laroi has five nominations in total including "Best song" for ‘Stay’ his collaboration with Justin Bieber.
He is also nominated in the "Best Australian Act" category along with Tones and I, Amy Shark, Ruel and Masked Wolf.
