LPS to represent Slovenia at Eurovision 2022 with 'Disko'



LPS (Last Pizza Slice) has this morning won 'EMA 2022' and therefore they have won the right to represent Slovenia at Turin in May.


They successfully won the televote with 60 points and came second in the jury vote with 43 points!


The full results show the jury score first and the televote second. These are:

  1. LPS -'Disko' (43+60)=103

  2. Bastita Cadillac-'Mim pravil' (50+40)=90

  3. BQL-'Maj' (19+50)=69

  4. Luma-'All In' (33+35)=68

  5. July Jones-'Girls Can Do Anything' (32+30)=62

  6. Manouche-'Si sama?' (28+25)= 53

  7. Gušti feat. Leyre-'Nova romantika' (28+10)=38

  8. Hauptman-'Sledim' (29+5)=34

  9. Leya Leanne-'Naked' (8+20)= 28

  10. Stela Sofia-'Tu in zdaj' (8+15)=23

  11. Anabel-'Tendency' (10+0)=10

  12. David Amaro-Še vedno si lepa (2+0)=2

The band from performed 'Disko' and had qualified through from the 'EMA Freš' which began in November 2021.



Last year Slovenia compete at Eurovision with 'Amen' by Ana Soklič. She finished in in 13th place in the semi-final, missing out on the Eurovision 2021 Grand Final in Rotterdam.


LPS will now get their chance to represent Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin.
