Hurricane release their Eurovision 2021 song for Serbia -'Loco Loco'

The Serbian all-female group Hurricane have released their 2021 Eurovision entry 'Loco Loco' to their legion of eagerly awaiting fans.

Staying true to their entry from last year, Hurricane are using the Spanish language to form the basis of their songs title and chorus.

'Loco Loco' has been composed by Nemanja Antonić and Darko Dimitrov, with Hurricane member Sanja Vučić contributing to the lyrics.

Vučić is no stranger to Eurovision. She competed at Eurovision in 2016 as a soloist with her song 'Goodbye (Shelter)' which placed 18th in the Grand Final.

Hurricane originally won the right to represent Serbia at Eurovision last year when they won Beovizija 2020 after a show stopping performance of 'Hasta La Vista' in its original Serbian language form.

This year Hurricane were internally selected by the Serbian national broadcaster to give them the chance they missed due to the cancellation of the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Serbia won Eurovision in 2007 with 'Molitva' and have made the Grand Final four out of the last five times.

However from 2013 they've only scored one Top 10 placing ('Beauty Never Lies in 2015) so will be hoping Hurricane can bring them another high scoring performance.

Hurricane are set to perform during the first half of Semi Final 2 in the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest, in keeping with the draw from last years cancelled contest.
