After Klavdia's Asteromata achieved Greece's highest finish since 2013 in Basel last year, Greece is looking to aim even higher this year in Vienna.
Greek broadcaster ERT revealed the 28 entries for the newly renamed national final, Sing for Greece 2026.
Sing for Greece 2026 consists of two semi-finals of 14 songs each, to be held on 11 February and 13 February. Seven songs from each semi-final will qualify to the final via a public vote.
The Final will be held on 15 February, with the winner determined by a public vote (50%) and a jury vote, consisting of an international jury (25%) and Greek jury (25%).
Eight members of the Aussievision team have listened to all 28 entries and scored them Eurovision-style, from 12 points down to 1. When two or more songs have the same points the songs are ranked based the highest set of points received from team members.
So who topped the ranking? Read on to find out!

Our Top 10:
10. The astrolabe - Drop It - 18 points
High: 10 points from Hayley Low: 0 points from Craig, Dale, Joel, John Christian, Kyriakos, and Rebecca
"Edgy and weird - I love it! This really stands out from the pack! He gives off vibes of that creepy dude that is probably too old to be in the club but is still there anyway." ~Hayley
9. Rosanna Mailan - Άλμα (Alma) - 19 points
High: 7 points from Dale and Hayley
Low: 0 points from Craig, John Christian, Paul, and Rebecca
8. Zaf - Asteio - 21 points
High: 10 points from Rebecca
Low: 0 points from Dale, Hayley, Joel, John Christian, and Paul
"Zaf really stands out here with a darker-sounding song and his stunning, charismatic poses that command your attention with such ease. His voice is so smooth and low, and it really works well to accentuate the darker mood of the song. Really interested to see what they come up with for staging, because if done right it’ll only enhance the mesmerising experience even more." ~Rebecca
7. Marseaux - Χάνομαι (Hanome) - 27 points
High: 8 points from Craig
Low: 0 points from John Christian, Paul, and Rebecca
6. D3lta - Mad About You - 27 points
High: 12 points from Dale
Low: 0 points from Joel, Kyriakos, and Rebecca
"I'm surprised to have this as my 12 points among all these great entries, but this is the one that really stuck with me. It has the 90s triple J alt melodic rock sound that I just love (showing my age). It's simple but sticks with you and has a really interesting production that supports not overpowers it. I'm not sure how this will go competitively but this is something I will be listening to on repeat. Love it!" ~Dale
5. Koza Mostra - Bulletproof - 29 points
High: 8 points from Hayley and John Christian
Low: 0 from Joel, Kyriakos, and Paul
4. Dinamiss - Chaos - 43 points
High: 12 points from Hayley, 10 points from John Christian and Kyriakos
Low: 0 points from Craig, Joel, and Rebecca
"Oh man this is so bad its good. I see this on stage - strobe lights, whiplash and CHAOS. They proved last year they could perform. Just ladies - ditch the faux fur!" ~Hayley
"The title of the song is enough to say that Dinamiss has the total package to win Eurovision for Greece. Another advantage for her is national name recognition as a potential representative for the country, and if the vocals and staging are correct, she could give Evangelia or whoever the frontrunner is a run of its money." ~John Christian
"Chaos is a banger!!! Great to see these girls return. The drop is AMAZING, cannot wait to see them smash this out on the stage." ~Kyriakos
3. Good Job Nicky - Dark Side Of The Moon - 45 points
High: 10 from Dale
Low: 2 from Kyriakos
"This is the Weeknd meets Michael Jackson with his own little twist. The production is top notch and it sounds expensive. It's hooky, he's clearly a talented experienced artist and this could be amazing on the Eurovision stage. But in a way it's almost too good as I love this more with my head than my heart. I want to feel something. I'd love to see more of "him* in the live to really get me bought in to what is a world class song." ~Dale
2. Evangelia - Paréa - 55 points
High: 12 from John Christian, 10 from Craig and Paul
Low: 0 from Hayley
"She can't be denied again, I don't care about the negative comments about her song, but I think she would perform better on the Eurovision stage and land on a deserved Top 10." ~John Christian
"Evangelia's capacity to rock up every year with a really decent (and often completely different!) track is genuinely admirable. I fear that she may be destined for another second place with this effort, but she can be thoroughly proud of it nonetheless." ~Craig
"Evangelia comes out with another banger, this time with a song that is light Greek hip-hop. This is more engaging than her song last year, but can it overcome the potential messiness that this song has in changing tempos back and forth. This is a performance song rather one that you would listen to." ~Paul
1. Akylas - Ferto - 74 points
High: 12 from Craig, Joel, Kyriakos, Paul, and Rebecca
Low: 0 from John Christian
"In a broad sense, I am thoroughly over this type of speak-singy ironic, usually male-led Eurovision number - Kaarija was brilliant, but at this stage it's starting to feel like a formula. And yet... and yet... there's just something intensely likeable and charismatic about Akylas which I never got from Tommy Cash or Joost or Baby Lasagna. Something just works here. I have questions about whether it can be translated to a live performance setting, but it's not surprising that this is currently rocketing up the odds. Hypnotic." ~Craig
"I am all aboard the Ferto train for Eurovision 2026! His energy is unreal….total Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen chaos, but in the best possible way. These are the sort of unhinged antics that make casual viewers love Eurovision, and we need it in the competition." ~Joel
"Akylas is going to absolutely bring it, bring it, bring it, he'll bring it, bring it, bring it all the way to Vienna!! This has become a huge cultural moment and meme, Ferto is Greece's time to shine with a fun novelty entry that has the legs to deliver! Akylas is going to catch them all!! Do not stuff this up Greece!!!!" ~Kyriakos
"This has the hype and for good reason. This song was the immediate stand out from the entire Greek selection this year. Combining Greek instrumentation with hard techno vibes, it’s easy to get addicted to this song. In saying this, I don’t know how he’ll perform this or what kind of vision he has in the performance. Nonetheless, this will be pumping out hard through any and every speaker of mine for the next few months." ~Paul
"There is so much going on here and all of it just works so well. What a great, high energy song with an easy-to-remember chorus, a charismatic performer who definitely knows his audience, and even a little tug at the heartstrings near the end there! Incredible!" ~Rebecca
