Greece’s Eurovision 2022 representative Amanda Tenfjord has released her song ‘Die Together’.

The music video for ‘Die Together’ premiered on the Greek broadcaster, ERT’s, ‘Studio 4’ program.

The music video was filmed on the Greek island of Symi, directed by Costas Karydas. Amanda joins actor Nikolas Melachronidis for the ‘Die Together’ video.

‘Die Together’ was co-written by Amanda along with Bjorn Helge.

Amanda Georgiadi, who goes by the stage name, Amanda Tenfjord, was announced as Greece’s Eurovision representative back in December 2021.

The 24-year-old singer and song-writer lived in Ioannina, Greece, until she was three-years-old. Amanda and her family later moved to Norway where they lived in Tenfjord, hence her stage name.

Her debut EP, 'First Impression', was released back in 2018 to great reviews. In 2021 Amanda released the EP 'Miss the Way You Missed Me' in 2021. The single from the EP 'Then I Fell In Love', released in November 2020, charted in Norway's Top 10 singles charts for over 20 weeks.

Her June 2019 song release, 'Troubled Water', was included in a Netflix TV drama series 'Spinning Out' where a figure skating Olympic hopeful struggles to balance love, family and fragile mental health as her dream of winning takes a dizzying hold.

Amanda is currently studying medicine to be a doctor while pursuing a career in music.

Greece will be competing in the second half of first semi-final for Eurovision 2022. They are joined by neighbours Albania and Bulgaria.

Greece made their Eurovision debut in 1974. Over the decades they had various degrees of success until 2001 when Greece finished in third place with Antique’s '(I Would) Die For You' and then on managed to stay in the top 10 for most of the decade and also won the Contest for the first time in 2005 with Helena Paparizou’s 'My Number One'.
