Germany selects their Junior Eurovision 2020 song and artist
Early this morning Australian time, the first artist for Junior Eurovision (JESC) 2020 was decided.
Germany, who are competing at JESC for the first time, have selected Susan who won the country’s national final 'Dein Song für Warschau' (Your Song for Warsaw).
Five hopefuls took part in the national final all performing the same two songs, 'Stronger with You' and 'See You Later' each.
13-year-old Susan was chosen by the national final jury and 'Stronger with You' was selected as the official entry.
Susan is from Berlin and competed on this year’s season of 'The Voice Kids' in Germany, applying with the song ‘Dance Monkey’ by Australia’s own Tones and I.
Junior Eurovision 2020 is scheduled to take place in Poland’s capital Warsaw on Sunday 29th November (Monday 30th November Australian Eastern Standard Time).
