A YouTube star wearing a pair of denim hotpants with fireworks has won Finland's Eurovision national selection contest this morning.
Windows95Man will represent FInland in Malmo after he won the country's national selection UMK this morning (AEST) at Nokia Arena in Tampere, with his song 'No Rules' - featuring vocalist Henri Piispanen.
The winner was picked from a combined vote from seven international juries (25 per cent) and the Finnish public (75 per cent).
Sara Siipola topped the international jury vote with 70 points, followed by Cyan Kicks on 48 and Mikael Gabriel x Nublu on 42 points.
The public results were next, with Windows95Man soaring from last place to get 285 public votes.
Windows95Man won overall with 313 points, ahead of second-placed Sara Siipola on 273 points and Mikael Gabriel x Nublu finishing third on 178 points.

Finland will be hoping Windows95Man and Henri can go one better than their wildly popular 2023 entrant, Käärijä, who was runner-up to Sweden's Loreen in Liverpool. Käärijä has been the breakout star from last year's Eurovision and returned to perform as the internal act at UMK this morning, with the help of guest vocalist Erika Vikman.
They performed their new single 'Ruoska', before Käärijä reprised his Eurovision smash 'Cha Cha Cha', which was also covered by the Finnish National Orchestra earlier in the show.
Eurovision 2024 will be held in Malmô, Sweden from May 7-11. Windows95Man will compete for Finland in the second half of semi-final 1.
