Daniel Žižka, who will represent Czechia at Eurovision 2026, has released his entry for the contest CROSSROADS.

The song was composed by Daniel himself along with Viliam Béreš.

CROSSROADS is a ballad that, like its title suggests, that discusses searching for direction and identity in a complex and challenging world.

There is a subtle environmental message to this song with references to "Mother Earth" and other natural features such as the "ocean floor" and "fields."

The song has received a strong reception from the bookmakers, with Czechia surging to become the sixth favourite to win the contest at time of writing.

CROSSROADS will be performed in the first half of the second semi-final on 14 May.

Daniel will be aiming to snap a two year non-qualification streak for his country.

Last year Adonxs represented Czechia with Kiss Kiss Goodbye and finished 12th in the second semi-final. Czechia's best result was in 2018 with Mikolas Josef's Lie to Me finishing sixth in the Grand Final.
