Australia's Eurovision 2022 artist Sheldon Riley has started his whirlwind trip to Europe for the Eurovision 2022 pre-parties, starting in London.

Sheldon performed at the second Eurovision pre-party of the year, which took place in London overnight, with over twenty other Eurovision 2022 acts and special guests.

He performed his, Australia Decides winning, Eurovision entry 'Not The Same' to a very energetic crowd at the Hard Rock Hotel.

In an interview with Eurovoxx at the London Eurovision Party Sheldon was ask how it felt to be part of the crazy Eurovision bubble: "Eurovision has been the biggest dream since I was a little kid. The biggest dream. I have done a lot of different kind of reality TV shows and while they were like "wouldn't it be great to win 'The Voice' or win this", I'm like I just want to get noticed enough so I can do Eurovision. I am an independent artist, I have never been with a record label and it's very hard to get Eurovision in Australia without the label and without the support because Eurovision is so big and my team is so small. They know how much I want it, and I have worked really really hard. I am so proud to be here."

Sheldon also revealed that his staging for 'Not The Same' is "ridiculous" and trying to live up to Australia's expectation of creating beautiful staging. His outfit is really big, bigger than what he wore at Australia Decides!

He also performed the night before as a guest artist at a KEiiNO concert at the Two Brewers in Clapham, London where he sung 'Not The Same' just two hours after landing in the UK from Australia!
