This year's Australian Eurovision representatives Electric Fields are bringing the party to Malmö 2024! Today the duo dropped a remix of their entry 'One Milkali (One Blood)' produced by homegrown talent Tseba.
The remix draws on house music inspiration and brings a fresh and punchy production.
This isn't their first collaboration - the feel-good tune 'Must Be Love' by Tseba featured Electric Fields as guest performers, released in May 2021.
‘One Milkali (One Blood)’ includes the Indigenous language Yankunytjatjara, the first time a dialect of Australia’s First People will feature at the Contest.
Electric Fields is set to perform in Semi Final 1 of Eurovision on 7 May 2024. The group consists of Zaachariaha Fielding and Michael Ross.
SBS states that "One Milkali" loosely translates to "One Blood" and that “It is their dream for a world where we are all united.”
Electric Fields finished runner-up behind Kate Miller-Heidke at the inaugural ‘Eurovision - Australia Decides’ in 2019 with their song ‘2000 and Whatever.’
