Australia receives points from Armenia in the OGAE Poll for Eurovision 2022



Australia picked up its sixth set of points in the OGAE Poll for Eurovision 2022, this time from Armenia.


Each year the fan clubs from across the world vote for their favourite Eurovision songs ahead of the Contest.


The clubs are part of OGAE International who organise the poll and help coordinate the clubs worldwide.


Each of the 40+ clubs reveal their Top 10 songs in traditional Eurovision voting with former winners including 'Euphoria', 'Toy' and 'Only Teardrops'.


It is a different network from INFE, however both share the similar ideals of uniting fans together in their love of Eurovision.


After the votes from Denmark, Israel and the United Kingdom were previously revealed, it was Armenia's turn! Their results are:

  • 12 points - Sweden

  • 10 points - Greece

  • 8 points - Spain

  • 7 points - Italy

  • 6 points - The Netherlands

  • 5 points - Cyprus

  • 4 points - Estonia

  • 3 points - AUSTRALIA

  • 2 points - Poland

  • 1 point - United Kingdom



These are the sixth set of points awarded to Australia after the reveal of votes from 22 countries so far. Australia previously received 4 points from Azerbaijan.

  • Sweden – 202 points

  • Spain – 148 points

  • United Kingdom – 106 points

  • The Netherlands – 99 points

  • Poland – 87 points

  • Norway – 64 points

  • France – 63 points

  • Albania – 53 points

  • Cyprus – 41 points

  • Austria – 34 points

  • Greece – 32 points

  • Estonia - 25 points

  • Serbia - 22 points

  • Ukraine - 20 points

  • Finland – 20 points

  • AUSTRALIA – 15 points

  • Czech Republic – 15 points

  • Moldova – 6 points

  • Croatia - 4 points

  • Belgium – 2 points

  • Germany – 2 points

  • Portugal - 2 points

  • Romania – 2 points

  • Lithuania – 1 point

  • Switzerland - 1 point
