The national finals for the Eurovision 2026 season have well and truly wrapped up.

15 members of the Aussievision team have looked back on the season and voted for their favourite selection shows of 2026.

Each team member voted for their top five, with five points for first, 4 for second, and so on, with 1 point for fifth.

Here are the results:

Aussievision's Top 10 National Finals of 2026

(tiebreaks decided by most five points, then the most four points and so on)

10. Norway - Melodi Grand Prix 2026 (7 points)

This year's Melodi Grand Prix 2026 got a lot of hype with the return of Eurovision 2009 winner Alexander Rybak and whether he would represent Norway for a third time.

But storming through was Jonas Lovv with the super catchy Ya Ya Ya, taking out the jury and televote to be victorious.

After not getting any points from the Aussievision team last year, Norway storms into the top 10 favourite national final of this year!

9. Lithuania - Eurovizija.LT 2026 (10 points)

Another national final that jumps into the top 10 favourite this year with the team is Lithuania's Eurovizija.LT 2026.

The Lithuanian national is a drawn out process which goes for six weeks. But a strong entry came through with Lion Ceccah's Sólo Quiero Más. It came second with the jury and first place with the televote, amassing over 45% of the public vote.

8. Estonia - Eesti Laul (11 points)

In another competitive Eesti Laul it all came down to the three artists in the super final with Ollie, Noëp and Vanilla Ninja. Past Eurovision participants Vanilla Ninja will return to the big Eurovision stage, earning the Eestin Laul trophy with 35.4% of the Super Final televote.

7. Greece - Sing For Greece (16 points)

After the success of last year's Greek national final return with Ethinkos Telikos, Greece expanded the format with three shows (two semi-finals and a Final) with Sing For Greece with great success.

The three hosts Giorgos Kapoutzidis, Betty Maggira and Katerina Vrana were an absolute joy to watch with great chemistry, and the huge favourite Akylas who won over the nation with his entry Ferto was victorious with the public and juries.

6. Italy - Sanremo Music Festival (16 points)

Sanremo has always been a favourite with the Aussievision team with this year climbing up three spots as our 6th favourite national final.

In what was a nail biting ending Sal Da Vinci was victorious with his entry Per sempre sì!

5. Moldova - Finala națională 2026 (17 points)

Moldova returned to the Eurovision world with Finala națională 2026. The national final was a polished comeback for Moldova which had a clear, dominant winner and a strong sense of celebration.

Satoshi won the contest with Viva Moldova!. He got a clean sweep of 12 points from the voting public and juries.

4. Montenegro - Montesong 2025 (21 points)

In one of the earliest national finals of the season Montenegro held Montesong 2025 back in December.

Despite it taking place nearly four months ago it made a big impression with the Aussievision team.

Last year the team had the Montenegrin national final as their 17th favourite, but this year it soars as our 4th favourite!

Tamara Živković took out the contest winning the jury and coming second with the public vote.

3. Finland - UMK (27 points)

As always with UMK Finland chooses quality over quantity and yet again it was very much the case this year.

Hot favourites from the get go Linda Lampenius and Pete Parkkonen with Liekinheitin were overwhelmingly embraced by the jury and televote to represent Finland at Eurovision this year.

2. Denmark - Melodi Grand Prix (30 points)

This year saw Denmark take a step up in song quality with Melodi Grand Prix.

And it shows with the Aussievision team having Denmark as their 20th favourite national final last year to their second favourite in 2026.

The Superfinal was between last year's winner Sissal with Infinity, Erika Jane with the epic Death of Me and Søren Torpegaard Lund's captivating Før vi går hjem.

Søren went on to be the jury and televote favourite and win the competition.

1. Sweden - Melodifestivalen (45 points)

For another year in a row Melodifestivalen remains as the favourite national final among the Aussievision team.

The competition saw many past Melodifestivalen winners return like Sanna Nielsen and Robin Bengsston return, and former American Song Contest winner Alexa and late 90's early 2000's pop band A*Teens make their Melfest debut.

Momentum was behind Felicia and her entry My System to take out the contest, after she performed in Heat 2.

The remaining positions were:

11. Latvia - 4 points

12. Germany - 4 points

13. Serbia - 3 points

=14. Croatia - 2 points

=14. Luxembourg - 2 points

=16. Portugal - 1 point

=16. Romania - 1 point

=16. Ukraine - 1 point

All other national finals did not get a point.

G’day, I first came across this platform after noticing a few people in Australia mentioning it in an online discussion about mobile play convenience. What stood out was how straightforward the navigation felt, especially when moving between sections on different devices. While exploring, I focused on the mobile experience and followed the section to install the Mateslots casino app, which was easy to locate and clearly structured. The overall impression was that the interface prioritises quick access and minimal friction, which is useful when switching between desktop and phone. I also appreciated that the layout avoids clutter, making it easier to concentrate on games without unnecessary distractions. From an Australian user’s perspective, the responsiveness and loading speed were consistent, which…
