Some comments received from the public when voting:

"His passion for Eurovision and Music is a full time gig. He’s a walking encyclopaedia and also super hot! 🤘🏻"

"KJ Draven from Wall of Sound - constant flow of great reviews and new content. Has really helped me push my love of music this year."

"KJ Draven from Wall of Sound for sharing the metal love with a big community of metal diehards. The man is a total legend."

"Always gives great reviews, goes the extra mile to review bands that are generally considered obscure/on the fringe (usually metal), and takes the time to write reviews that entice non-fans of a band to jump on board and have a listen."

"KJ Draven from Wall Of Sound - flying the flag for all the heavy acts that enter but also covering all the best and wackiest entries over the years. His passion is only matched by that of Aussievision and without him, a lot of heavy fans wouldn't know Eurovision was on!"

The Aussievision team congratulate KJ Draven on his award win. He has a huge passion for Eurovision and we love how KJ Draven shares his love for the Contest through Wall of Sound! Wall Of Sound is Australia's leading alternative music and culture publication. Check out KJ Draven's Eurovision write ups including his top 5 Eurovision 2023 entries here.

The Aussievision team will also like to give special commendations to other individuals who were also publicly selected for the 'Unsung Hero' who have also gone above and beyond in their support of Eurovision:

  • Liam Clark (94.9 Joy FM)

  • Lachlan Woods (OGAE Australia President)

We would like to thank everyone who voted as well as the artists, fans, media and more who make up this wonderful diverse Australian Eurovision community.
