Aussie DJ CYRIL remixes Eurovision 2025 winning song Wasted Love

Australian DJ and record producer CYRIL has released a remix of this year's Eurovision winning song by JJ, Wasted Love.

The Darwin-based artist rose to fame back in 2023 after his remix of Stumblin' In, originally by Chris Norman and Suzi Quatro, went viral on TikTok.

Stumblin' In went on to chart worldwide reaching the top spot in the Netherlands, No. 2 in Austria and Germany, the top 10 in Switzerland, Poland and Belgium and top 20 in Australia and New Zealand. The song also charted in the UK. Stumblin' In has amassed 600 million streams on Spotify.

CYRIL then went on release many singles, including a remix of the chart hit The Sound of Silence, and collaborate with other DJ's and artists like Robin Schulz and James Blunt.

Wasted Love (CYRIL Remix) slightly differs to the original song where it does away with the beat drop and instead maintains a dance beat throughout the whole song.

It is officially the first remix release of this year's Eurovision winning song.

JJ won the Contest, in Basel, with Wasted Love, representing Austria where he came first with the jury vote, and placed fourth in the televote.
