Armenian broadcaster AMPTV today revealed the 12 completing entrants for this year’s edition of Depi Evratesil 2020. This follows a selection process whereby the 53 received entries were reviewed by a jury made up of Naira Gurjinyan, Anita Hakhverdyan, Lilia Nikoyan, Ruben Babayan, Vardan Hakobyan, Tigran Danielyan, David Tserunyan, Karen Tataryan and Anush Ter-Ghukasyan.
Included in the twelve selected entrants are a collection of singers from various backgrounds, including Athena Manoukian, an Armenia-Greek singer, who previously attempted to represent Greece at Junior Eurovision in 2008, in addition to having competing in The X Factor UK in 2018, and Armenian-Canadian vocalist Miriam Baghdassarian, who in 2018 came second on ‘La Voix’, the French-Canadian version of The Voice.
