Iceland have entered Eurovision 30 times and now only sit behind Cyprus (34 attempts) with the longest streak of entering the competition without a win.
They have finished runner-up on two occasions and go into the 2018 competition on a three year streak of missing the Grand Final. Can that change in 2018?
On Friday Iceland released the artists and songs for their national contest. All songs in the semi final must be sung in Icelandic and in the final can change to their chosen language for Lisbon.
The two semi finals will take place on the 10th and 17th of February with the final to choose their hopeful Lisbon winner on 3rd March.
