Spotify plays an important role in the Eurovision build-up, with more fans seeking ways to connect with their favourite artists beyond their Eurovision entry itself.

It also provides performers with a platform to promote their music to a global audience, helping artists to grow their fanbase beyond the contest.

Spotify follower numbers provide a snapshot showing which acts arrive in Vienna with an established audience and which ones are gaining momentum as Eurovision draws nearer.

Earlier this year, we looked at which artists had the most Spotify followers. Now we’ve compared those figures to where they stand today to see who has gained the most followers to date.

So which acts from Eurovision 2026 saw the biggest growth on Spotify?

This award goes to Italy's 2026 Eurovision artist Sal Da Vinci. The singer has amassed over 9000 followers in the span of just over a month in the lead-up to this year's Contest in Vienna.

1. Senhit & Boy George (San Marino)

It’s no surprise that Senhit and Boy George are still topping the follower count on Spotify from the 2026 class of Eurovision artists. Whilst the duo had the fourth-highest growth of this year's participating acts, they also have the largest following of this year's cohort by a considerable margin.

Between Senhit's four Eurovision participations and Boy George's career spanning over four decades, it’s clear that this 'superstar' collaboration is bringing the largest Spotify following to the Eurovision stage.
