As Eurovision fans around the world get ready for the excitement of the first semi-final, those who have made the journey to Vienna are planning their day to make the most of their Eurovision Song Contest 2026 experience.


While there are plenty of ongoing events, exhibitions, performances, and more happening throughout the week, and we've put together a general overview of these events, which you can read here, this guide will focus on the many unique experiences and guest appearances happening today, Tuesday 12 May 2026, in Vienna.


Whether you'd like to know who's performing at the Eurovision Village and Euro-Club today, which special dedicated Eurovision events are taking place around this year's host city, or where you can watch the first semi-final if you missed out on tickets to the live show, read on to find out more.


Today's events at the Eurofan Cafés


Aussie Eurovision fans and Aussievision readers are highly encouraged to support Crossfields, Australia's Eurofan Café. Tonight, Crossfields will be holding a live screening of the first semi-final from 8pm.


Fans can also watch the first semi-final at Café Hummel, Café Schopenhauer, G'Schamster Diener, and MQ Kantine.


In addition to this, some of the other Eurofan Cafés will also be holding events for today only:


  • Café Eiles, Estonia and Italy's Eurofan Café, will be hosting a "Sing the Nations" DJ Karaoke Night, with Italian drinks and Baltic snacks, from 8pm.

  • Kaffee Kunze, Switzerland's Eurofan Café, will be holding an Aperitif Night from 6pm until 2am, featuring a visit from Auri, this year's Eurovision mascot.


Eurovision Village


Today's theme at the Eurovision Village is "Euphoria: Party People". This day will be all about celebrating the greatest Eurovision party hits from throughout the Contest's 70-year history, and there will be a Eurodance warm-up for the first semi-final.


But that's not all, as plenty of 2026 Eurovision artists are set to perform live at the Eurovision Village, including Czechia's Daniel Žižka, Azerbaijan's Jiva, Albania's Alis, and Austria's COSMÓ.


Here are the times of today's Eurovision Village performances:


  • Daniel Žižka (Czechia 2026): 4:30pm

  • Jiva (Azerbaijan 2026): 5:00pm

  • Alis (Albania 2026): 5:30pm

  • COSMÓ (Austria 2026): 6:30pm


Fans can watch the first semi-final tonight in the Eurovision Village for free, subject to capacity.


Eurofan House



More Eurovision 2026 artists are scheduled to visit Eurofan House, with today's lineup featuring plenty of girl power from all across the continent, as well as one of the favourite acts to win this year's contest, Denmark's Søren Torpegaard Lund.


Here are the artists who are due to make special guest appearances at Eurofan House today:


  • 12pm: Antigoni (Cyprus)

  • 1pm: DARA (Bulgaria)

  • 2pm: Eva Marija (Luxembourg)

  • 3pm: Søren Torpegaard Lund (Denmark)

  • 4pm: Veronica Fusaro (Switzerland)


Entry is free, and no tickets are required to visit Eurofan House, but it is strongly recommended to arrive early to avoid disappointment.


Eurovision semi-final 1 screening parties


Missed out on tickets to the Eurovision Semi-Final 1 live show? Don't worry, there are plenty of places you can watch the show. In addition to the Eurovision Village and Eurofan Cafés, the following Viennese venues will also be holding Semi-Final 1 screening parties:




Euro-Club


Tonight's theme at Euro-Club is Ice Night - fans are encouraged to dress in white and come for a celebration of music, style, and pure Eurovision energy, as the dance floor lights up in brilliant white. There will be plenty of Eurovision stars lighting up the Euro-Club stage tonight, including a Eurovision winner!


Tonight's Euro-Club lineup is:


  • Erika Vikman (Finland 2025)

  • JJ (Austria 2025)

  • Lukas Plöchl (one half of Trackshittaz, Austria 2012)

  • PAENDA (Austria 2019)

  • Vincent Bueno (Austria 2020 and 2021)


Euro-Club will also host Al Bel, DJ Douze Points, DJ First Rank, Itzik, and Schlagerprofilerna tonight.
