Over the weekend a mix of Gina G’s final single ‘Every Time I Fall’ from her album ‘Fresh’ was released on all music streaming platforms and digital stores.
The mix, Todd Terry Radio Mix, is off the ‘Every Time I Fall’ single from November 1997, and is released as part of the Warner Music archives. ‘Every Time I Fall’ was the fifth single and first ballad released from her debut album ‘Fresh’.
‘Fresh’ features her Eurovision entry song ‘Ooh Aah.. Just a Little Bit’ for the United Kingdom in 1996. The song reached 8th place at the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, Norway . It was released as the first single from the album.
‘Ooh Aah.. Just a Little Bit’ was a worldwide hit single which was very successful in the charts, reaching No.1 in the United Kingdom and Israel, No. 5 in Australia and even No. 12 in the United States. It was even nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording at the 1998 Grammy Awards.
