Spain: Benidorm Fest 2026 semi-final 1 results

Six acts will move forward to the 2026 Benidorm Fest Grand Final following the conclusion of the first semi-final this morning.


Although Spain is not competing in Eurovision 2026, the annual music festival is continuing.


Nine songs competed in today's semi-final. They were judged by a combination of voting from a panel of experts, a demoscopic jury, and the national televote.


Continuing with changes implemented last year, the result was comprised 50% from the experts, and 25% each from the demoscopic jury and public vote.


The results breakdown of each voting group is as follows. These are in no particular order.


Top 6 of the Expert Panel (50%):


  • Dora & Marlon Collins - Rakatá

  • Mikel Herzog Jr. - Mi mitad

  • Kitai - El amor te da miedo

  • Tony Grox & LUCYCALYS - T AMARÉ

  • Izan Llunas - ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Kenneth - Los ojos no mienten


Top 6 of the Public Vote (25% Demoscopic Jury and 25% Televoting):


  • Izan Llunas - ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Kenneth - Los ojos no mienten

  • María León & Julia Medina - Las damas y el vagabundo

  • Mikel Herzog Jr. - Mi mitad

  • Kitai - El amor te da miedo

  • Tony Grox & LUCYCALYS - T AMARÉ


Songs that quailified for the final


Following the combination of these three voting groups, six songs qualified for the grand final this weekend. In no particular order, they are:


  • Tony Grox & LUCYCALYS - T AMARÉ

  • Izan Llunas - ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Kitai - El amor te da miedo

  • Mikel Herzog Jr. - Mi mita

  • Kenneth - Los ojos no mienten

  • María León & Julia Medina - Las damas y el vagabundo


These three acts did not advance:

  • Dora & Marlon Collins - Rakatá

  • Greg Taro - Velita

  • Luna Ki - Bomba de amor
