OGAE Second Chance Contest 2026: Full line-up of competing songs

The competing entries in the OGAE Second Chance Contest have been revealed.


The competition sees each official fan club (e.g. OGAE Finland, OGAE Sweden, OGAE Germany etc) select a song that didn't win their national final to battle it out in a Eurovision-style contest.


OGAE Australia won't be competing this year as there was no Eurovision - Australia Decides.


22 entries from 22 nations and clubs will be competing.


The entries are:


  1. Albania: Sheila – Zemra e tokës

  2. Austria: Bamlak Werner – We are not just one thing

  3. Bulgaria: DARA – Curse

  4. Croatia: IRMA – Ni traga

  5. Denmark: Ericka Jane – Death of Me

  6. Estonia: NÖEP – Days like this

  7. Finland: Antti Paalanen – Takatukka

  8. Germany: wavvyboi – Black Glitter

  9. Greece: ZAF – ASTEIO

  10. Italy: Ditonellapiaga – Che fastidio!

  11. Latvia: Emilia – All we ever had

  12. Lithuania: SHWR – Contact!

  13. Luxembourg: Steve Castile – Sweet tooth

  14. Malta: MATT BLXCK – Ejja lejja ħdejja ‘l hawn

  15. Montenegro (OGAE Rest of the World): LANA x ÐORÐE – Temperatura

  16. Norway: Mileo – Frankenstein

  17. Poland: Basia Giewont – Zimna woda

  18. Portugal: Dinis Mota – Jurei

  19. Serbia: Zejna – Jugoslavija

  20. Spain: Tony Grox and LUCYCALYS – T AMARÉ

  21. Sweden: Greczula – Half of me

  22. Ukraine: Jerry Heil – CATHARTICUS


The competition has been running since 1987 and last year was won by Sweden's Klara Hammarström with On and On. Therefore, OGAE Sweden is hosting this year's Second Chance Contest.


Australia's best result was 4th in 2019 with Electric Fields and their song 2000 and Whatever.


Members of your respective OGAE clubs need to stay tuned to their club's communications channels for any information on voting.
