Today we go through all the latest music releases, videos, show and tour news from the following Australian Eurovision and ‘Eurovision - Australia Decides’ artists over the last month.


Television:


'Australia's Biggest Singalong!' - SBS Saturday June 5 at 8.30pm AEST.



Australia's Eurovision powerhouse Dami Im, together with 'Eurovision - Australia Decides 2020' participant Mitch Tambo are set join other Australian artists in an Australian television first, 'Australia's Biggest Singalong!' live on SBS on Saturday June 5 at 8.30pm AEST. New Music and Videos:


Olivia Newton-John & Paul Anka - 'Put Your Head On My Shoulder'

Released: 7 May 2021

Olivia Newton-John has joined forced with Paul Anka to release a new duet entitled ‘Put Your Head On My Shoulder’. The song was originally released by Paul, who is a Canadian-American singer, back in 1959. Back then the song peaked at No. 2 on the US Billboard chart. More recently the song has seen it become popular on TikTok as part of a "Silhouette Challenge". Olivia Newton-John represented the United Kingdom at the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest with the song 'Long Live Love' which finished in 4th place.



Guy Sebastian & Human Nature - 'Broken Hearts'

Released: 21 May 2021


Guy Sebastian has teamed up with the Australian boy bond Human Nature on a track called 'Broken Hearts' off their upcoming EP 'Good Good Life'. The boy band celebrated 30 years together in 2020 as well as being inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2019. The song is written by Andrew and Michael from the band together with Steven Solomon and Davis Naish. The EP featuring nine tracks will be released on June 4, you can pre-order it here.



LeeA feat. Moti - 'Domino'

Released: 21 May 2021

Leea Nanos is back, with a new image and new name, LeeA ,with her new K-Pop inspired song 'Domino' which she has collaborated with Moti from South Korea. LeeA took part in the inaugural 'Eurovision - Australia Decides 2019' with her self-penned 'Set Me Free'. She has also announced her first ever "K-Pop in public" dancing for her new single where she will joined by a dance crew and set to occur on May 30 2021.

Vanessa Amorosi - 'Muhammad'

Released: 21 May 2021



Back in March 2021 Vanessa Amorosi released her soul and gospel music inspired EP 'Volume 1'. Now she is back again with 'Volume 2'. A new track from the upcoming EP is already out. 'Muhammad' is a positive vibe which Vanessa has described on Instagram as a song that always puts her "into a great headspace". Mitch Tambo - 'Dreamtime Princess' (Live on Q+A)

Released: 28 May 2021


'Eurovision - Australia Decides 2020' artist Mitch Tambo released a brand new single 'Dreamtime Princess' last month. 'Dreamtime Princess' has already reached No. 1 on the Apple Music World chart.


Mitch finished up in 5th place at Australia Decides with his song 'Together'.


On Thursday he got the opportunity to promote his latest single on ABC’s ‘Q+A’, which is an Australian panel discussion program where guests, mostly politicians. answer questions from the audience. He also joined the panel talking about Indigenous issues during Reconciliation Week. Next weekend he is set to take part in 'Australia's Biggest Singalong!' on SBS as mentioned above, check out more about the upcoming show here.

Electric Fields - 'Australian Fashion Week at Carriageworks'

June 2 2021 at 9am AEST

The runner ups of the inaugural 'Eurovision - Australia Decides' are set to performance for a runway showcase at the 'Australian Fashion Week at Carriageworks' featuring eight indigenous Australian designers on June 2 at 9am. The duo will also be performing tonight in Darwin for the Garrmalang Festival which is a celebration of the artistic richness of First Nations culture, the show starts at 8pm at The Playhouse. Tickets are still available here.



Dami Im - 'Piano, Songs & Stories'

July - August 2021, across Australia



Dami Im is back on the road with her 'Piano, Songs & Stories' tour! This time Dami is touring Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales and then finishing up in her home state of Queensland.

Dami Im & Kate Miller-Heidke - ‘Bluesfest Byron Bay’

October 1-4, 2021 - Byron Bay, NSW

The festival was cancelled in April this year due to a COVID cluster in NSW. In good news, the festival has now been rescheduled for October 2021. Eurovision royalty Dami Im and Kate Miller-Heidke have been announced as part of the new line up for the ‘Blues Fest Byron Bay’. Kate will be playing on the Saturday and Dami will be playing on the Sunday. The line up includes Kasey Chambers, Jimmy Barnes, Midnight Oil, Ocean Alley and many many more.




Sheppard - 'State of Origin' June 27 2021, Suncorp Stadium, Milton, Queensland

In early May 2021 Sheppard reached a milestone surpassing 850 million music streams online! In big news Shepard will be performing in the 'State of Origin'. They will be performing live on the field before the game for 'State of Origin' game 2! The State of Origin series is an annual best-of-three rugby league series between two Australian state representative sides, the New South Wales Blues and the Queensland Maroons. Check out the game for their performance on June 27 2021 at Suncorp Stadium.
