Monika Linkytė will represent Lithuania in Liverpool for Eurovision 2023

It's official, Monika Linkytė will represent Lithuania at Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool, with the song 'Stay' after winning ‘Pabandom iš naujo’ 2023.


Since late January Lithuanian broadcaster, Lietuvos radijas ir televizija (LRT), put 30 acts through their paces in the Lithuanian National Final ‘Pabandom iš naujo’ 2023 to see who will ultimately be selected as their Eurovision representative.


Over two heats and two semi-finals 10 acts competed tonight in the Final.

Monika Linkytė won the jury votes and came second with the televote.

Monika Linkytė is a singer and songwriter who represented Lithuania at Eurovision 2015 with Vaidas Baumila with the song 'This Time'. They finished in 18th place in the Eurovision Grand Final in Vienna. She previously competed in the Lithuanian Eurovision national finals from 2010 to 2014. She also attempted to compete at Junior Eurovision 2007 but finished third in the national final.


Monika Linkytė will compete in the second half of semi-final 2 at Eurovision 2023.
