Miracle is based on the theme of self-belief, self-identifying as a miracle and finding your inner light to shine throughout life. The song emphasizes the importance of staying true to yourself through tough times and facing each challenge with positivity.

The song's lyrics were written by Lazar Cvetkoski who has previously written North Macedonia's 2019 Eurovision jury winning song Proud by Tamara Todevska, as well as Albania's planned 2020 Eurovision entry Fall from the Sky by Arilena Ara.
